These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BrewOak (brewoak.com) provided by toomus.

1. Nature of Service

BrewOak offers complimentary digital utility tools designed to simulate, estimate, and calculate coffee brewing ratios, degassing curves, timer sequences, and beverage formulations. All calculations are provided for informational and hobbyist home-brewing reference.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary source code, branding assets, custom illustrations (including the Charred Oak "Brew" mascot), editorial guide content, and interactive design layouts on BrewOak are protected intellectual property of toomus. Unauthorized systematic scraping, automated replication, or commercial redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

BrewOak is delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without express or implied warranties. Variations in ambient room temperature, roasting equipment, bean moisture, grinder burr tolerances, and water mineral profiles will produce varying real-world results. toomus shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising in connection with the service shall be subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
